Ripple's Four-Course Dinner Menu
Traditionally, La Tomatina is an annual festival held in Valencia, Spain on the last Wednesday in August, during which revelers throw tomatoes in the streets for one of the world's largest food fights.
To celebrate, Ripple is hosting a tomato-centric, four-course dinner on Wednesday, August 29. No tomato tossing this year... at least not in the restaurant.
Ripple's homage to La Tomatina features menu highlights like a housemade tomato-buttermilk buratta, roasted sturgeon with vanilla-tomato confit, and a goat cheese tomato ice cream sundae with watermelon syrup and candied cherry tomatoes (see full menu below).
