Johnny's Half Shell to Host "Blue Crab Summit"
Johnny's Half Shell, known for its fresh and sustainable Gulf Coast fare, is excited to host a Blue Crab Summit on Friday, September 21 and Saturday, September 22 from 5-10 PM, priced at $60 per person (tax and gratuity not included). James Beard award-winning Executive Chef Ann Cashion invites guests to enjoy five large St. Michael’s Maryland Blue Crabs prepared in a time-honored East Texas tradition, barbequed "Sartin’s Style", and served with fresh, local corn on the cob, potato salad, as well as a choice of either an ice cold pitcher of beer or two glasses of rose wine. A full cash bar will be available and additional plates of 2.5 crabs will be sold for $15 and extra sides are priced at $1 each. The Blue Crab Summit menu will be the only menu offered for dinner service on these two evenings.
