Chef Matt Seeber will prepare a 4 course menu inspired by and using specialty firkins prepared by the Heavy Seas Brewers.
Each brewer will make 1 special firkin: a Heavy Seas Gold Ale for the Appetizer course, A Heavy Seas Loose Cannon for the salad course ,a Heavy Seas Winter Storm for the entrée, and hand crafted beer cocktail for dessert to be paired with Chef Seeber’s menu.
