The first Monday of each month, Graffiato is turning over the stoves to chef friends and mixologists to help co-host industry night. From 10 PM to 1 AM, guest chefs will serve complimentary late night snacks at the first floor pizza bar, and the bar will offer drink specials, including some libations from guest mixologists. The February 4 Industry Takeover Night will feature: Scott Drewno Executive chef, The Source Erik Bruner-Yang Chef/owner, Toki Underground Colin Sugalski Head mixologist, Toki Underground Spike Mendelsohn Top Chef Alum and chef/owner, Good Stuff Eatery and We The Pizza
