Industry Takeover Night at Graffiato

The first Monday of each month, Graffiato is turning over the stoves to chef friends and mixologists to help co-host industry night. From 10 PM to 1 AM, guest chefs will serve complimentary late night snacks at the first floor pizza bar, and the bar will offer drink specials, including some libations from guest mixologists. The March 4 Industry Takeover Night will feature food and drinks by: Jennifer Carroll Top Chef alum and chef/owner, Concrete Blonde Derek Brown Bartender and co-owner, The Passenger and The Columbia Room Kevin Sbraga Top Chef Season 7 winner and chef/owner, Sbraga Anwar Morgan Head mixologist, Sbraga
