Holiday Beer Dinner at Del Frisco's

Start the holiday season with a delicious dinner celebration at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse in Centennial. At 7 PM on Sunday, December 4, enjoy a meal specially crafted by Executive Chef Hernandez paired with Colorado’s own Avery Brewing beers.

This four-course dinner begins with Shrimp Ceviche paired with Avery’s popular White Rascal. Course number two features Confit Duck Tacos with Raja Double IPA, and course three is a Dry Aged Tomahawk Pork Chop with sweet potato puree, bacon fig jam, and pork cracklings paired with Old Jubilation Winter Ale. For dessert, enjoy a Triple Chocolate Cookie Skillet with espresso ice cream paired with Tweak Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee Stout.

Cost is $75 per person and reservations can be made by calling 303-796-0100.
