Celebrate Deadpool 2's Release with Pop-Up Bars & Branded Hard Lemonade Cans

Fox’s most successful (and crudest) superhero movie, Deadpool, is getting a sequel on May 18, but before then, it’s getting two pop-up bars. The first was at Brooklyn’s Alligator Lounge, which from April 26 to 28 was decked out to look like Sister Margaret’s School for Wayward Girls, the bar that the film’s titular character, played by Ryan Reynolds, favorited. Science-fiction blog io9 was there to document it, showing off the costumes and decorations in a short video. Next, the pop-up installation will head to the Slipper Clutch in Los Angeles from May 10 to 12, which will be similarly transformed.
 
Mike’s Harder, maker of Mike's Hard Lemonade, is sponsoring the pop-ups, as well as releasing a series of Deadpool branded cans. Sadly, Aviation Gin, which Reynolds recently bought into, will likely not have a presence there.
