Garage Sale, Beer and Brunch at Deschutes Public House
In conjunction with the Oregon Brewers Fest this month, Deschutes Brewery & Public House is hosting a mid-week morning extravaganza. The first ever Garage Sale, Beer and Brunch will feature smoking hot deals on 22 oz. bottles from the pub's reserve beer library. Guests will be able to sample, eat and shop on Thursday, July 27.
Just like a real garage sale, this event happens bright and early, from 9 AM until 11 AM. There will also be special beer sampling during this time. On the brunch menu are morning favorites including Crab Benedict, Beer Cheese Loco Moco, Corn and Tomato Frittata and French Toast topped with maple cream cheese made with The Abyss Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.
There is a sample list of bottles available for sale on the Portland Public House Facebook page and they include Planete Bruin, Wowzenbock, Smoked Gose, Pilsner Pie, Murder in the Rye, and The Stoic. This list will be updated as the event gets closer.
The event is free to enter, but you do have to pay for brunch and, of course, any bottles you find on sale.
