Baltimore Drink of the Week: Jameson Green Crush at The Rusty Scupper

An unbeatable view welcomes diners and bar patrons alike at Inner Harbor’s Rusty Scupper, and the seafooder’s creative cocktails make it all the more enjoyable. To celebrate the honorable St. Pat, bartenders here have come up with an Irish twist on one of the city’s favorite drinks.

The Jameson Green Crush combines OJ and blue Curaçao with the Irish whiskey, creating a verdant tint that needs no dyes to achieve its bright shine. Check out the recipe for this tasty sip below, or stop in on Saturday to cop one for just $6, along with $3.50 Guinness bottles and Irish coffees.

Jameson Green Crush

1½ oz. Jameson Irish whiskey
1 oz. blue Curaçao
3 oz. orange juice
1 oz. Sprite

Combine all of the ingredients, shake and strain into a martini glass filled with crushed ice.  Garnish with fresh fruit.
