Paley's Place Wine Wednesdays With Free Mystery Pours

Paley’s Place is putting your wine knowledge to the test. Each Wednesday throughout November and December, the Northwest bistro will offer a special wine flight of the day that includes three themed pours, and one complimentary mystery glass. If you can guess the varietal and producer of your unknown pour, the entire flight is yours for free.

Some of the upcoming Wednesday flights to look forward to are Wines for the Bird on November 14, The 10 Cru of Beaujolais on November 21 and Exploring Burgundy on December 12. Each week’s flights are priced differently, and includes 2-oz. pours of three known vinos plus the mystery wine.

You can even try your hand at guessing more than once each night — three different three-wine flights will be available each week, so if you don’t guess the mystery glass on your first try, order a second flight and you’ll get another chance (and another pour). Chef Vitaly Paley will craft menu offerings that complement each flight, so be sure to bring an appetite along with your sleuthing tongue. Flights are offered 5–10 PM in both the bar and the dining room.
