A special five course wine dinner featuring Cass Winery and Thacher Winery, two small production, estate wineries located in Paso Robles, California. The owners of each winery, Ted Plemons of Cass and Sherman Thacher of Thacher, will be guest hosts for the unforgettable meal. The evening will begin with a reception featuring an exclusive 'winery only' sparkling grenache from Cass Winery. Rhone varieties such as viognier, roussanne and syrah will be paired perfectly with a spring menu from Chef/Owner Ris Lacoste.
