Get Out for Good: Dining Out For Life is April 26
For the 16th year running, D.C. non-profit Food & Friends has signed up over 150 of the District’s bars and restaurants to participate in the annual Dining Out For Life charity drive. Eat and drink at any of these spots on Thursday, April 26, and between 25–110% of your check will go directly to help Food & Friends mission of providing life-saving, healthy food to those who are ill.
This is one night you can feel no guilt about splurging — the more you spend, the more the restaurant will donate. What better evening to feast on fancy Italian pasta with classy wine at Penn Quarter’s Tosca (they’ll donate your entire tab, by the way) or to sip on brews while tossing back briny mollusks at Hank’s Oyster Bar in Dupont Circle? Check out the full list here and be sure to make reservations; they fill up fast. Catch you on the town.
