The three options are frozen plays on familiar cocktails: MX Frosé with rosé, tequila, St. Germain and strawberry purée, the Frozen Negroni with El Buho mezcal, Campari, Cocchi Torino and orange bitters and the Frozen Paloma with Milagro blanco tequila, house grapefruit soda and lime. Throughout the month of August, check out the Mediterranean spot’s Gin and Tonic Bar, which will feature six gins from various countries mixed with house-made tonics and herbal infusions.
