DC Brau Willet Barrel-Aged Corruption
There are only six sixtels of DC Brau’s Corruption IPA aged in a Willett bourbon barrel, and they’ll be available on tap at Dupont’s Pizzeria Paradiso beginning on Sept. 18. Half price between 5 and 7 PM on the 18th, this version of a Pacific Northwest IPA is made with a whopping 40 pounds of Columbus hops along with Pale 2 row, C-10, honey and victory malts for a bitter brew with notes of pine and spruce. (6.5% ABV).
