Thursday, November 21 is Beaujolais Nouveau Day, and Vinoteca is hosting a fall wine class dedicated to the Truth About Beaujolais. Beaujolais Nouveau Day is celebrated around the world with young wine from the Beaujolais region of France. Sommelier Tim Galvin will explain the significance of Beaujolais Nouveau–beyond the hype. Tastings of six wines are included. Vinoteca’s fall classes will take place on select Tuesday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the restaurant’s cozy upstairs lounge. Classes include food pairings from Executive Chef Lonnie Zoeller and a $5 gift card for future enjoyment at Vinoteca. All classes are $40 per person plus tax. Space is very limited and reservations are encouraged as soon as possible, as seats fill up very quickly.
