D.C. Bars Overflow with Beer Events in the Runup to SAVOR
With the Brewers Association’s SAVOR set to touchdown at the National Building Museum later this week for its two days of celebrating American craft beer and food that goes well with it, D.C. bars are practically overflowing with related events in the runup to Friday and Saturday’s sold-out sessions.
Scores of breweries from near and far are hosting tastings, tappings, pairing dinners and outright takeovers at many local bars and restaurants. If you missed out on scoring tickets to the big events this weekend, there’s plenty of run-off for you enjoy. The good folks over at Eater have a full breakdown on what’s happening and where. Check it out here.
