Das Best Oktoberfest grows to two days in National Harbor on Friday and Saturday, September 25–26. Enjoy authentic German beer and a Midway with games and rides.

Adults can enjoy Das Biergarten where they can sample over 100 international, domestic, and Maryland beers along with wines and schnapps. German bands and other live music will entertain and guests who show up in German attire get a free lanyard. Get a group of friends in proper Bavarian dress and perhaps win the $300 group costume contest.

Get in on $1500 in prize money with some amazing contests including Stein Hoisting, Fingerhalkin (finger wrestling), best pretzel necklace, best beer belly, costumes, and a Miss Oktoberfest pageant. Families can enjoy the Bavarian Village filled with food, music, amusements, and games for the whole family.

Tickets to the Das Biergarten are $49 in advance (21 and up only) and include a souvenir tasting glass with unlimited all-you-can-taste beer, wine, and schnapps. Entry to the Bavarian Village is free and the food, beer, and rides there are PAYG.

The festival runs from 3 to 9 PM on Friday, September 25 and from 12 to 9 PM on Saturday, September 26. The event is located at The Plateau at 300 Waterfront Street in National Harbor. A portion of the event proceeds will go to Spirit of Hope Children’s Foundation.
