How do you like your dessert? Sweet, sour, or bitter? That is the question that will be asked at the Hill Center on Saturday, February 13, at the Beer and Dessert Pairing by Drinky Events and Lost Lagers.

Join fellow beer connoisseur for this deliciously decadent pairing event. Guests will learn the theory and practice of pairing beers with dessert. Taste the difference between Lager, Porter, Sour Ale, and India Pale Ale as each beer is paired with a small dessert. Beers will be sponsored by Pipetown Traders and Mike Stein from Lost Lagers providing the lessons.

Tickets are $32.64 per person and can be purchased online. The tasting starts at 4:30 PM.
