The newly revamped Thai spot in Dupont Circle is offering a week of food and drink specials in celebration of Halloween. For $19.99 enjoy a three course meal that includes an appetizer (fried duck roll) choice of entree (pick between the Spooky Roll with eel, avocado, crabstick, eel sauce, and spicy mayo topped with spooky eyes or the khao soi - a northern style chicken curry) and a dessert (pumpkin in coconut milk). Sip on the specialty cocktail Black Venom - a mixture of rums and other potent ingredients served in a black skull. October 23-31.
