The Capitol Hill bourbon bar features Southern classics like fried chicken, decadent mac and cheese and andouille sausage to go along with a wide array of “Brown Water.” From the bourbon menu select from over 75 to sip on. The neighborhood restaurant and bar in Bloomingdale serves up 1 and 2 oz. pours of over 50 bourbons in addition to ryes; Scotch; Irish and Japanese whiskeys.
