Watershed Introduces Boyd & Blair Hour
NoMa’s modern American seafooder Watershed has partnered with Pennsylvania distillery Boyd & Blair to create a special 5–7 PM weekday happy hour. Appropriately dubbed “Boyd & Blair Hour,” the two-hour session features artisinal cocktails made with the hand-crafted potato-based spirit for $8 each and extravagant raw bar platters from seafood master chef Todd Gray for just $12.95.
Drinks on offer include the refreshing Blair’s Caipiroska (Boyd & Blair vodka, fresh lime juice, brown sugar), the intriguing Boyd & Blair (vodka with lavender bitters, horseradish, lemon sour and ginger syrup) and a cocktail of the day. Regular happy hour specials of wine, beer and snacks are also available, if you haven't already filled up on the east and west coast oysters, jumbo shrimp, steamed lobster salad, mahi mahi crudo and noodle salad on the raw bar option.
