Schramsberg Vineyards Wine Dinner at Ris, Dec 8
This pairing is one for the books, and we’re just talking about the hosts so far. On Thursday, December 8, D.C. dining maestra Ris Lacoste will welcome Hugh Davies, CEO of Schramsberg, Napa Valley’s oldest vineyard, to her eponymous bistro Ris. Following a reception at 6:30 PM, five courses of elegant winter fare will be served, each paired with an appropriate West Coast vintage.
Furthermore, representatives from MacArthur Beverages will be on site, so you’ll be able to snag a few bottles of your favorite pour on your way out (and put it to good use during your own holiday party). Tickets are $125 per person, and reservations are required. Check out the full menu, below.
