Whether you’re super serious about sipping wine or just love a great time, this weekend’s International Wine & Food Festival is the place to be. The Grand Tasting takes place both Saturday and Sunday afternoon, from 2–6 PM, and tickets are still available online ($90 for Saturday, $85 for Sunday).

Held in the huge exhibition hall at the Reagan Building, the 13th annual incarnation of the event features over 500 rare, unique and just plain delicious wines from more than 100 different winery around the globe. Attendees will receive a special etched souvenir glass, and will be able to sample artisinal bites from D.C.’s best restaurants. Chef and sommelier demos will take place throughout the afternoon on the exhibition stage, and we hear there will be cocktail tastings as well.
