Whether you’re a wine connoisseur, an enthusiast or just plain love to drink tasty reds and whites, make a note to check out the special dinners being held throughout the months of February and March at the luxurious Fairfax at Embassy Row. Each Wednesday through March 28, a different vineyard is featured in a four-course dinner with wine pairings, held at 2100 Prime, the hotel’s in-house restaurant.

These swanky evenings all begin with a reception, featuring one of the highlighted winery’s vintages, and are followed by the meal, during which representatives from each vineyard lead a discussion on their labels and offerings.

Now in its third year, the per-person price for festival events is not cheap, ranging from $125–$145, but several of the dinners are already sold out, and the elegant meal, complemented by well-chosen sips, should be worth the ducats.
