Inspired by the Dutch tradition of combining a shot of the country’s national spirit with a beer, Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal Ales will be on hand at this Adams Morgan dining saloon to introduce the “kopstootje,” his take on a “deconstructed genever,” this one brewed with barley, corn, wheat, rye, spices and juniper berries. Five Stillwater brews will also be featured for the night, and Jack Rose’s own mixologist Rachel Sergi will whip up a genever cocktail of her own.

Pair it all with bites from Hank’s Oyster Bar, Granville Moore’s and other beloved local eateries.

With the slashed price available by the taste or glass, too, there’s no excuse not to indulge during the last moments of Sunday Funday.
