Park Hyatt Launches Spring Cocktail Menu
Spring has definitely sprung, from the blossoming trees along the river to the wide-open patios along the streets. Over at the Park Hyatt Lounge, a series of new drinks to celebrate the season caught our eye.
A Mint Julep is arguably the official cocktail of spring, and here it’s made with Buffalo Trace, raw sugar and wild mint. Other warm weather classics making an appearance include The Last Word (Plymouth gin, Chartreuse Green, Luxardo, lime) and a Margarita with Patron silver.
On the more creative side, the Pisco Thyme sees thyme-infused Pisco meet lemon, raw sugar and lavendar foam for a light but nuanced flavor profile. The Spring Lade holds even more complex tastes, with peach puree and chocolate bitters sparking up Plymouth gin.
Check out the whole spring menu below (cocktails go for $14 each), and head over for a sip at one of the friendly communal tables (or reserve one of the fancy, glass-enclosed Capitol Hill booths) to drink spring in!
