Cocktail Recipe: Cherry Lime Cava Sangria at Boqueria
In Dupont Circle, newly opened Boqueria is hopping at happy hour (and other times), just as we predicted. Sangria is a specialty of this Spanish tapas house, and just happens to be a perfect cocktail for spring.
Our Drink of the Week is the Cherry Lime Cava Sangria, which features a housemade lime cordial by bartender Arielle Goodman. Fear not — the cordial recipe is also below, so if you want to mix up a batch of this refreshing sip at home, you’ve got all the info you need. Of course, it still might not taste as good as enjoyed among friends on the spacious outdoor patio at Boqueria.
Let us know if you try it out!
