Chef Paul Yeck has come up with six courses designed to pair with Durham, NC-based Fullsteam's craft brews during the meal, which begins at 6:30 PM on Sunday, June 10.

Expect complementary Southern-inspired combos like Carver Sweet Potato Lager with bourbon-vanilla sauced hushpuppies and Beasley's Honey White Ale with chicken and waffles. Reserve your $90 spot in advance to assure a seat at the well-loaded Penn Quarter table.
