Third Annual Porc Out at Bourbon Steak, August 19
Ready to get your pork on? The rich flavors of pig are perfect for pairing with beer, and this Sunday, August 19, you can get your fill of both. Port City Brewing will be pouring at Bourbon Steak’s third annual Porc Out, a yearly extravaganza at the Four Seasons Georgetown restaurant that features a whole pig roasted on a spit.
Along with the pulled pork from the star of the show, the buffet spread will feature an oyster bar, grilled corn on the cob, jalapeno cheddar cornbread, a taco stand and housemade soft-serve ice cream, so there will be plenty to accompany your Port City sips.
Tickets are still available online here for the noon–3 PM event, and will run you $60 for the whole shebang, or $50 for just the food. Kids under 15 can come along for $40 each.
