The Irish pub on Capitol Hill is kicking off St. Patrick’s Day bright and early with $.44 Guinness pints the first hour they’re open - starting at 9 AM. If you can’t make it in that early, no worries, they’ll be celebrating all day long with live music, food specials including Shepherd’s Pie, Corned Beef & Cabbage, and Irish Beef Stew and of course, Irish Whiskey.
