Graffiato chef-owner Mike Isabella has plenty of friends in the restaurant world, and in the spirit of collaboration will begin holding Industry Takeover Night parties on the first Monday of each month. The monthly events will feature guest chefs and mixologists from other D.C. establishments, and even some visitors from out of town.

Each Industry Takeover will run from 10 PM–1 AM in Graffiato’s first floor pizza bar, and will feature complimentary late night snacks prepared by the guest team, as well as drink specials throughout the evening, including libations from guest bartenders. The events are free to enter and open to the public.

January 7 brings chef Bryan Voltaggio to Chinatown, along with a crew from his newest spot, Range in Friendship Heights, along with head mixologist and serious drink expert Owen Thomsen. After that, the lineup continues on February 4 with chefs Scott Drewno (The Source) and Erik Bruner-Yang (Toki Underground), plus with Toki mixologist Colin Sugalski.
