This spirit is making appearances in many a Washington cocktail. Find them at, appropriately, Black Whiskey (Satan’s Circus is a flaming red version with rye), Black Jack (where the maple, bourbon, grapefruit, and ginger Maple Derby is a crowd favorite) and in many of the “Saloon Cocktails” at Jack Rose.
