Bottled and Draft Cocktails
Ensuring the right proportions are ready to be served in large potions, cocktails in bottles and on top are becoming increasingly popular. Owen Thomson serves up several bottled libations, including “The Name Says it All” (Tito’s vodka, with grapefruit, lemongrass and hints of spice) at Range; Columbia Heights mega-coffeehouse The Coupe serves up three cocktails by the bottle; and both El Chucho and Mike Isabella’s Bandolero offer margaritas on tap.
