El Chucho: Gordon Banks won awards for his whiskey list (The Quarry House) and cocktails (Sidebar) in MD before joining restaurateur Jackie Greenbaum to open this diner in Columbia Heights. A selection of tequilas, mezcals, Mexican beers and margaritas (including the El Codo - on tap and served with chile-lime salt) complement homemade tacos and to-die grilled corn.
