Bandolero: Named after a Robin Hood-type character in Mexican folklore, the Jesus Malverde (mezcal, agave, cucumber, lime, hellfire bitters) is the liquid mascot of Mike Isabella’s Day-of-the-Dead-themed eatery in Georgetown. A selection of other Mexican-themed cocktails and margaritas (including the eponymously named blood orange version on tap) make this bar a sure bet.
