Rosa Mexicano: The frozen pomegranate margarita has been Rosa’s signature cocktail since 1984. The drink may be pink, but be forewarned that it’s strong. Though this is a chain spot, Rosa Mexicano’s recent seasonal collabs with Top Chef Masters contestant Jonathan Waxman have reinvigorated the brand - and the beverage list.
